Words aren’t enough

Yellowish patterns of life make me feel gray
stories of yesteryears they’re far away.
I don’t repent for what I did,
words aren’t enough for me
to tell you what I need.
I feel I have so much left to say
barely, do I know what’s the way.
Come my angel come my way
Words aren’t enough for me to say.
Strands of alphabet
keep floating on my mind.
Eyes, cuddling hair,
some smiles & moments I find.
I wish I could say to you
how it feels inside,
though am a writer by heart
am bound & can’t express
as words aren’t enough for me
to say you stay by my side.

EMPTY STRANDS

Proximity into the dark blue sky,
light & shade of the shimmery world,
makes me sometimes feel shy.

Dark kohl eyes, watch me by and,
I lie silent inside the four walls of my life
as each sec; hour & day gently pass by.

Melancholy memories in echo
leave me furious as I begin to write
the pen, sweet but painfully hit my ego.

I spend hours in the empty strands and,
realize that those essays with little hands,
have casted their way for bluish poetries,
few poems, lyrics and some parts of me
they lie on nothing but empty stands.

Love in thousand Folds....

I wish, if you were here
…
I would have been holding your hands,
kneeling down on the lush green gravity
under the deep blue sky,

amidst the moist chill breeze
that keeps flaunting the swirls of your grayish hair.

I would swipe your hair
that keeps playing on the cheeks and
watch the candle gleaming your eyes.

The glare of the moon makes a blanket,
a blanket of golden charm
to cover you all along,

and am kind of dumb
to just watch and let it pass.

The fragrance of your breath
excites my adrenalin,
hushing slowly into my ears
not to leave you and go
now, tomorrow & for never.

Because I know
I won’t get a person, a girl, a lady, a friend,
a human being so special in her ways
that I have known for long.

As she keeps spreading the golden gleam

Which, keeps shinning in the flaunting wind,

I realize it’s now or never

I love you

I love you in thousand folds…

"Know How of India in a nut shell"

“We owe a lot to the Indians, who taught us how to count, without which no worthwhile scientific discovery could have been made” –Albert Einstein.

If in a land you find “the mind is without fear & the head is held high”, you come to know that it is nowhere else than India! The mystique aura powered by the unity in diversity serves as the cliff hanger for India, needless to say that it has put the cuffs on the imagination & fancy of great minds. Nowhere on Earth does humanity present itself in such a boundless, creative burst of cultures, religions, races and tongues. It’s the huge terrestrial beak between Africa & Indonesia, this thick roughly peninsula divides the Bay of Bengal in the east, the Arabian Sea to the west & Indian Ocean in the south. India's puzzle board of 26 states holds virtually every kind of landscape imaginable. An abundance of mountain ranges and national parks provide ample opportunities for eco-tourism and trekking, and its sheer size promises something for everyone. . The history of India is as diversified as the word itself. From Pre-Historic era's Stone Age, Bronze Age, Early historic period, Vedic period, Mahajanapadas, Persian and Greek conquests, Maurya Empire, Early Middle Kingdoms — The Golden Age, Northwestern hybrid cultures, Roman trade with India, Gupta rule Late Middle Kingdoms — The Classical Age, The Islamic Sultanates, Delhi Sultanate, The Mughal era, Post-Mughal period, Colonial era, The British Raj, The Indian Independence movement, Independence and Partition Indian history has seen it all! With nearly 1 billion citizens, India is the second most populous nation & one of the largest democracies in the world. It is impossible to speak of any one Indian culture, though there are deep cultural continuities that tie its people together. English is the major language of trade and politics, but there are fourteen official languages in all. There are twenty-four languages that are spoken by a million people or more, and countless other dialects. India has seven major religions and many minor ones, six main ethnic groups, and countless holidays. Religion is central to Indian culture, and its practice can be seen virtually in every aspect of life in the country. Hinduism is the dominant faith of India, serving about 80 percent of the population. Ten percent worship Islam, and 5 percent are Sikhs and Christians; the rest (a good 45 million) are Buddhists, Jain’s, Baha’i, and more.

[Disclaimer: Till today there is no one who could complete Indian history in just a single book, as it is so vast. Thus it’s just an ignorant attempt to write up Indian history in a nut shell so that people could know about India from their pockets itself]

"Moonlit Dream"

I saw you in the moonlit night,

Amidst thousands of faces so bright,

Swirls of greyish hair cuddling on your face,

And the freshness of your lips,

Just accessorize your grace.

The reality perturbs me,

As I stand on the brink of precipice,

Amazed at your reclusive gaze,

I could only lament & say,

Wao what a masterpiece.

As the chill breeze blows,

The greyish hair cuddles on your face,

And as I woke up I barely found any trace…

I did not believe my eyes,

As I saw the reality so bizarre,

Could not wait but to sleep again,

Just to stare at your sparkling eyes.
